Our bitter honey is a magical blend by nature. This is a real blessing from our Adavi the forest goddess. We are harvesting this honey from the Apis Dorsata honey bees during the end of summer (April) which is rich with the pollen and nectars of Black Plum (Jamun) flower and Pomelo flower along with other wildflowers. This combination gives it a mild bitterness that makes it highly medicinal and good for blood purification.
